Bring Your Mites

In the book of Mark Chaper 12 and Verse 41, we find a woman who only has two mites to give in an offering where others are giving an abundance of money. Jesus sees this and explains to his disciples that even in the midst of others giving of their many riches, her offering of all she had meant more to God.
Sometimes we come into God’s house feeling like we only have two mites to give. Our worship doesn’t look perfect, our prayers are not perfect, our attitudes are not perfect. So we give what we have, hoping that he will hear and honor it. We come into his house feeling inadequate as if our two mites will not count. God wants his children to know that he hears and sees our sacrifice and that he will honor it and bless us for it. No matter what you have to give, God will cherish it and it will be an investment into your walk with God.
